Amanda has great plans for the summer. There’s the new guy Drew in the surf club she would like to know much better. If only her plans weren’t always sabotaged by the Brat (her little brother Brett) or her new neighbor, Jeebie, who keeps doing incredibly crazy things to prevent Amanda from seeing Drew.
