Smitty

Smitty is about an abused five and a half year old boy that grew up not having any knowledge of the abuse he had been through growing up. His life was just one mess after another; ruined relationships, drugs, alcohol, sex. Later in life, after having gone through rehab, AA, and many counselors, this boy, now a man still could not find the peace he needed to have a good relationship with a woman, even the one with which he is in love. Not being able to find the answers he sought after he, decided to take advantage of one of the benefits owed him as a Vietnam era Veteran; counseling at the Veterans Affairs. This counselor has had much experience counseling Veterans with PTSD. Through counseling, I was able to work through my past and see clearly, what was causing the problem. By looking back into his childhood, he found the answers to his many questions.
