David Speen is a hen-pecked husband whose only joy in life is fantasising about Zoe, his blonde next-door neighbour.
When the missile explodes above the seaside town of Sandown, David is on the end of a verbal assault by his domineering wife Claire, another moment of submission in a life spent worrying too much what others think.
But when the missiles payload enters his lungs, David, like every other male that has breathed it in, no longer cares what anyone thinks, turning the holiday island into a blood-drenched, modern-day Gomorrah.
