Will Cannon rides to Grants, New Mexico to investigate a gang of outlaws that he thinks might be the Blackman Gang. He finds out that the trouble is the Ghost Riders and the land around Red Rock Mountain. Will enlists the help of two cowboys and some ranchers and the Navajo Indians to fight the outlaws and the Apache Indians. The battle turns in Will's favor when he gets the army to come to Grants.
